Frequently Asked Questions


How long will it take to produce my order? Once you have approved our production ready layouts, your order will typically be completed and shipped in 5-10 days. Productions times quoted in product descriptions relate to production times after your proof approval.  Quantities over 50 and custom items may require additional production time.

What if I need my order sooner?  We will work with you to insure that your awards are ready to meet your needs. Contact us before you place your order so we can check product availablitiy and production scheduling.   In certain cases, a rush charge may apply.

How much does layout creation and imprinting cost? Basic layout art service and imprinting/engraving are included on most items.  Adding logos, extensive text and complicated designs are welcome and may require additional charges.   We will advise you of any additional charges before we proceed.

Will I see a proof of the layout before production?   Layout proofs are provided on every order.   Our goal is to create an error free product for you.  First and second proofs are provided at no charge.

Can we  include signatures and logos?   Of course, and we will work with you to ensure that your logo artwork is compatible with the imprinting method for the product you have chosen.  Adding logos, extensive text and complicated designs are welcome and may require additional charges.   We will advise you of any additional charges before we proceed.

What methods of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCharge and American Express credit cards.

What methods of shipment are available?
We have used UPS as our prime package shipper for over 30 years and have found them to be reliable, efficient and cost effective.    If your order requires express shipping, UPS can provide 3 day, 2 day and overnight service.    At your request, we are able to utilize other shipping companies which may result in additional handling charges.  We will advise you of express or special handling charges before we ship your order.

What if my awards arrive damaged? If your awards arrive damaged, please call us immediately and retain all packing material for Inspection by UPS or FedEx. We will attempt to repair or replace damaged items in a timely manner.

What if something is misspelled on my order? If we make an error on your order we will correct it at no additional charge. If the error was made on your part, there will be a nominal fee charged depending on the item.

What if I cannot find what I am looking for on this website? Try the Product Search link at the top right of our web page. We also have thousands of products available that are not shown.
